Overview In this role you will drive program development and cross‑functional collaboration in a fast‑paced, mission‑driven environment. You shape requirements with mission partners, translate them into actionable projects, and coordinate efforts to deliver capabilities that support national security outcomes. You will engage with IC/DoD/LE stakeholders to ensure programs meet policy and timelines, mitigating risks along the way. Key requirementsU.S. citizenshipTop Secret Clearance with SCI and CI PolygraphBachelor or BS with 8+ years of relevant experience or Master with 6+ years of relevant experienceProven ability to translate requirements into actionable projects through collaboration with mission partnersDeep understanding of IC/DoD/LE missions, processes, and policiesExpertise in technical program development and delivering under tight deadlinesStrong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder engagement skillsExperience in high-paced, mission-oriented environments with multiple prioritiescollaborationclear communication (written and verbal)prioritization and multi-taskingAgile methodologiesrisk management and alternatives analysisPlanning, Programming, Budgeting, and Execution (PPBE) lifecycle
