Coordinator, Talent Partnerships
Primary Talent Partners has a new contract opening for a Coordinator, Talent Partnerships, to join a multinational entertainment conglomerate in New York, NY. This is a 12-month contract with a potential for extension.Pay: $23 - $27/hr; W2 contract, no PTO, no Benefits. ACA-compliant supplemental package available for enrollment. Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States and must be able to sit on Primary Talent Partners W2 without sponsorship. Responsibilities:Support across all Talent Partnerships, Events, and Activations on behalf of the company's Advertising and PartnershipsConduct ongoing Talent research and contribute to casting ideation, providing recommendations based on strategy, creative, budget, and quantitative metrics and qualitative insights.Track and analyze talent brand partnerships (internal and external) to inform team strategy and materialsMaintain and update team resources and client-facing materials (e.g., talent website, recommendation decks, project trackers)Coordinate travel, logistics, and detailed itineraries for Talent across events, shoots, and appearancesAssist with on-site talent management at events and productionsManage pre-production logistics, including scheduling shoots, voiceover sessions, fittings, and prep callsSupport post-production deliverables, including payroll processing, appearances, social content, and PR coordinationCompile post-event recaps, including press coverage and photographyTrack budgets and associated talent costs across campaigns and eventsProvide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum of 2 years of Talent management, communications, and/or events experience for a television network or media organizationMust be able to work outside of normal business hours as job duties or assignment requires, sometimes with little or no advance notificationExperienced in managing multiple ongoing projects simultaneously and successfullyMust be willing to work in New York, NY DESIRED QUALITIES: A knowledge of and passion the larger entertainment industry, with an understanding of current and emerging Talent and Content Creators.Candidate must be well organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, resourceful and able to work in a fast paced, deadline driven environment and juggle multiple projects at same timeMust have a high level of proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, WordPress, and CanvaExcellent verbal and written communications skills along with excellent interpersonal skillsPrimary Talent Partners is an Equal Opportunity / Affirmative Action employer committed to diversity in the workplace.
