This position serves as the central hub for identifying, analyzing, and responding to on road security incidents, communicating with internal staff, management, and first responders.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Implement security policies and proceduresManage and monitor security systems such as CCTV, alarms, access control, and over the road deliveries.Coordinate with law enforcement and emergency response agencies during incidents.Train staff on security protocols and emergency response.Investigate and document security incidents, recommending corrective actions.Oversee installation and maintenance of security infrastructure.Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.Stay current with security technologies and best practices.QUALIFICATIONS:High school diploma requiredBachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice, Security Management, or related field preferred3–5 years' experience in physical security, law enforcement, or military service preferredCertified PSP (Physical Security Professional), CPP (Certified Protection Professional), or similar preferredStrong knowledge of security principles and technologiesExcellent problem-solving and critical thinkingEffective communication and leadershipAbility to respond calmly and effectively to internal escalationsFamiliarity with security regulations and compliance standardsAvailability for nights and weekends
