ONLY W2 NO C2CWe are sourcing a Android Engineer to work at our client's location in Westlake, TX / Smithfield RI.The Expertise You Have3+ years of professional experience developing publicly available Android apps using Kotlin.Your knowledge of the mobile landscape, architectures, trends, and new technologies used in crafting performant, resilient, and robust Android appsDeep understanding of Clean Architecture with either MVP or MVVM.Experience building multi-module Android apps is a big plus.Testing – UIautomater / Compose testing – this incorporates unit level, integration level and UI Test automation.Strong understanding of modern development principles such as trunk-based development, feature toggles, etc.Some Jenkins experience and understands the benefits of Test-Driven Development, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery is needed for modification / troubleshooting.Good understanding of Android Jetpack as well as open-source libraries like Retrofit, and Kotlin to build modern, stable, resilient, and future-ready apps.Experience with Coroutines and Jetpack Compose is a plus.Good understanding of Android’s Accessibility features and experience building accessible experiences.
