Job DescriptionLuttrell Staffing has a Customer Service Representative position available in Cleveland, TN.Perks and Benefits:• $18-20 / Hour• Weekly Pay• Full Time | Temp-to-Hire• Zero Fees - you'll never be charged for any screening service• Insurance Options!• PTO!• Growth Opportunities & Expansion!Duties for Customer Service Representative position:• Answer and direct incoming calls and emails professionally• Dispatch service calls to HVAC field technicians• Schedule appointments to provide prompt, convenient service• Coordinate daily and future schedules to maximize technician time and mileage• Support of fice operations as a reliable liaison between customers and service technicians• Deliver courteous, ef ficient customer service with a professional, f riendly attitude• Help keep the team organized, productive, and on track to meet company goals• Follow all policies and procedures in place• Completes any other related tasks as neededQualifications and Desired Skills for Customer Service Representative:• High school diploma or equivalent• Strong clerical and computer skills• Excellent written and verbal communication with proper grammar, spelling, and punctuation• Natural customer service skills and a professional demeanor• Self -motivated, coachable, friendly, and helpful• Proficient in Microsoft Of fice and Google tools including Drive, Calendar, Sheets, and Docs• Dependable with strong attendance and punctuality• Able to communicate ef fectively between customers, technicians, and the company• Organized, detail oriented, and able to multitask in a fast paced environment• Typing speed of 50+ WPM• Team player with strong scheduling and phone answering skillsIf you have relevant experience and skills, this opportunity may be a great fit for you.
