About the Opportunity
We are looking to add a highly organized Delivery Auditor to our team. We are seeking candidates with experience with field auditing experience, preferred logistics or job site auditing experience, who have strong self-management skills.
Delivery Auditor
In this role, your primary focus will be to:
Execute delivery audits of driver teams against documented and trained against Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Provide audit result insights to Operations’ Leadership Team members and Training Manager to identify training needs.
This role is critical in ensuring audit activity levels that align with customer expectations and further identify training needs to support customer success metrics.
A successful applicant will:
Complete all Auditor Certification requirements through CDS’s Learning Management System (LMS).
Work independently to execute audit tasks while maintaining strong communication with internal customers, Operational Leaders, and Training Team.
Possess superior organization, planning, prioritization, and execution skills to support auditing activities.
Responsibilities/Duties/Functions/Task
Remain compliant and up to date on all Auditor Certification requirements to ensure subject matter expertise around audit criteria and processes.
Coordinate with the local operations leadership team to successfully execute assigned field delivery audits.
Plan and prepare for assigned field delivery audits before the audit date.
Conduct job site (residential home builder site) and residential customer delivery audits using provided tools, processes, and web/mobile applications.
Keep Operational Leaders and Dispatch team apprised of any challenges or changes to planned audit route/activities real time to optimize the number of audits executed.
Execute all job responsibilities in alignment with safety procedures, policies and expectations.
Qualifications
Completion of CDS’s Auditor Certification requirements.
Ability to pass Driving Record check.
Ability to qualify to be added to company insurance that requires a clean driving record with a minimum of 2+ years of having a Regular Class A or B license.
Strong organization and self-management skills.
Strong problem-solving skills to meet daily goals.
Excellent communication skills; verbal, written and listening.
Reliable personal transportation.
