Key Responsibilities
Lead the customer in building and nurturing their internal Center of Excellence (CoE) for AI solutions
Monitor agent performance and provide data-driven insights to recommend optimizations
Coordinate with internal teams and partners to ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
8+ years of work experience, with 5+ years in Customer Success, Professional Services, or Management Consulting
Experience establishing governance frameworks for large-scale digital transformations
Strong analytical skills to interpret platform telemetry and usage data
Proven track record of managing consumption-based accounts
Deep understanding of AI/LLM logic and its business applications
