As a Crew Leader, you will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal of our properties, managing on-site employees, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Responsibilities Provide excellent customer service Manage one other employee on site Monitor and maintain equipment Mow, trim, and edge all properties to contract standards Ensure attention to detail in all tasks Qualifications Experience in mowing and using handheld tools Ability to work days and occasionally some weekends Valid driver’s license Positive attitude CDL is a plus but not required Compensation $18-$20/hour Benefits Personal Time Off: 16 hours paid – After 90 Days Vacation: 40 hours paid- After 1 year Holiday Pay: After 90 days – Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years Day Simple IRA: up to 3% match Health Insurance Benefits: employee premium contribution (1/2 of employee monthly premium) Supplementary Insurance Available: Aflac pre-taxed *** Grounds, Maintenance, Crew Leader, Lawn, Mowing, Pruning, Snowplowing, Snow Shoveling, CDL, Garden, Tree, Landscaping, Sprinkling, Irrigation, Lawn Restoration, Fertilization**
