The successful candidate will be responsible for welcoming guests, assisting with check-in and check-out procedures, handling guest inquiries and requests, and coordinating with various departments to ensure a seamless and memorable stay.This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a genuine passion for hospitality, ensuring that every guest interaction reflects the high standards of service and professionalism expected at our resort.Qualifications Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within a luxury or five-star resort Excellent guest service skills, polite, professional, and service-oriented Strong communication skills in written and spoken English Team player with a pleasant personality and positive attitude Organized, flexible, and able to work in shifts High standards of personal grooming and hygiene Ability to multitask and work under pressure Committed to guest satisfaction and brand service standards Committed to delivering outstanding guest service in a dynamic environment
