Full Stack Integration Developer

Job Title: Full-Stack Integration Developer (SQL / PowerShell / API)Location: Remote (U.S. based)Duration: Contract through March 2026 (Potential for Extension)Compensation: $40-45/hourAbout the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Integration Developer with strong skills in SQL, PowerShell scripting, and API integrations to join our technology team on a long-term contract. In this role, you will work across databases, automation scripts, and light web development to maintain, enhance, and integrate critical business systems. The ideal candidate thrives in a collaborative environment, can operate semi-independently, and is comfortable supporting both legacy and modern technologies.Key ResponsibilitiesPrimary ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain data integrations between internal systems (e.g., ADP, Active Directory, CE Manager, ConnectWise, Preparis).Build and optimize SQL queries, views, and stored procedures with a focus on performance tuning and data quality.Create and maintain PowerShell scripts to automate sync jobs and server-side processes.Develop and support REST/JSON APIs to facilitate secure and efficient data exchange.Maintain and enhance existing VB.Net applications (legacy support).Implement light web development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Explore integration opportunities with WordPress and other platforms.Secondary ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain technical documentation and internal KnowledgeBase articles.Build or refine SQL-based reports for internal stakeholders.Support data cleanup initiatives across systems including directories, contact listings, and enterprise applications.QualificationsRequired Skills & Experience5+ years of professional development experience or equivalent combination of education and certifications.Expert-level SQL skills, including complex joins, views, deduplication logic, and performance tuning.Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and server administration.Experience with REST/JSON API integration.Working knowledge of VB.Net, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.Ability to work with minimal supervision, prioritize multiple projects, and deliver results on time.Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.Preferred SkillsExperience integrating with WordPress.Familiarity with enterprise systems such as ADP, Active Directory, CE Manager, ConnectWise, or similar.Why Join Us?Fully remote with flexible work hours (core overlap 10am–3pm Arizona Time).Long-term stability with a contract through March 2026.Inclusive, collaborative work culture with a healthy work-life balance.
