What We Offer: $25/hr with a valid driver’s license (positions still available without a drivers license) Paid drive time + company 4x4 trucks for storm routes. Warm truck with you at all times Clear direction every storm, no guesswork Opportunity for year-round work on our landscape crew if you’re a strong fit Spring full-time positions include paid time off + end-of-year bonuses Team-focused environment — no drama, just dependable people helping each other get the job done What You’ll Do When a storm drops 1.5” or more, you’ll meet the team at our Canfield location, hop into a company 4x4 truck with another crew member, and: Shovel and apply ice melt to commercial and condo walkways Keep properties safe and clear while working alongside a supportive partner Stay warm with the truck nearby at all times What We’re Looking For If this sounds like you, you’ll fit right in: Able to lift 50+ lbs and work in winter weather Reliable, punctual, and accountable — your team can count on you Positive attitude and willingness to learn Available 24/7/365 on call during snowstorms (that’s the nature of the job) Schedule Storm-based: typically 8–10 hour shifts whenever snowfall reaches 1.5" or more Flexible between storms; earn strong money when the weather hits Why People Love Working Here People join us because of the pay — they stay because of the culture.
