Team members will support packaging operations, equipment preparation, sanitation, and quality-focused production activities while maintaining compliance with safety and operational standards.This role requires teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a production environment for extended periods.Available Work AreasDecommission ProductScan barcodes to decommission productsRemove caps and dispose of product contentsPerform entry-level material handling tasksPack OutFill cartons with productVerify sterile labels and sterilization dataOperate tape machinesStack finished cartons onto palletsFiller Operator SupportMonitor packaging/filling machineryRemove empty items from production linesStop equipment when jams occurSupport machine operation and basic troubleshootingResponsibilitiesStage approved packaging materials and equipment for production runsAssist with operating packaging equipment and perform minor troubleshootingFollow escalation procedures when equipment issues occurRepackage raw materials into finished products according to specificationsAssist with equipment cleaning and sanitationParticipate in all required production, compliance, and safety trainingMaintain cleanliness and organization throughout the shiftWork collaboratively to meet production and quality goalsReport production or quality concerns to leadership and support teamsFollow all safety regulations, SOPs, and cGMP requirementsComplete production documentation accuratelyRequirementsAbility to read, write, and understand EnglishAbility to stand for 812 hours per shiftStrong hand dexterity and coordinationAbility to lift, push, and handle items averaging 25 lbs. and up to 35 lbs.Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsBasic math and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented and safety-consciousAbility to follow detailed instructions and identify production or quality issuesPrevious manufacturing, assembly, or production line experience preferredIdeal CandidateThe ideal candidate is reliable, safety-focused, and comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with strict quality and compliance standards.
