Apply now to help us shape the future of retail real estate while building a meaningful, rewarding and balanced career.About The RoleAs the Assistant Vice President of Corporate Marketing, you will lead the creation and delivery of B2B marketing materials, working closely with executives and cross-functional teams, including research and sales, to develop tools and key pitches that support sales efforts across our portfolio of shopping centers.This role is both strategic and hands-on, responsible for producing high-quality marketing materials while guiding a team to deliver against a high volume of requests. You will oversee as well as individually contribute to the creation of core leasing materials and custom sales tools, ensuring all outputs are accurate, on-brand and aligned with business needs.Working closely with research and utilizing data, you will translate insights - such as demographics, shopper behavior and traffic trends - into clear, compelling and actionable marketing narratives and visuals that support sales conversations.In addition to owning key deliverables, you will manage workflow, prioritize projects and partner cross-functionally to ensure work is delivered efficiently and at a high level of quality. If requested, reasonable accommodations will be made to enable employees with disabilities to perform the essential functions of their job, absent undue hardship.What You Will DoThrough hands-on execution and team leadership, you will deliver high-quality marketing materials and insights that support sales performance and company growth.Lead execution of corporate B2B marketing initiatives, while directly contributing to key projects and deliverablesOversee creation and maintenance of core leasing materials, including market profiles, site plans, aerials, lease plans and base presentationsPersonally contribute to and review custom sales tools such as leasing books, brochures, maps, presentations and videos to ensure quality, accuracy and consistencyCreate and refine high-impact PowerPoint presentations for executives and internal clients, translating complex information into clear, visually compelling narrativesPartner with research to incorporate data and insights - including demographics, shopper profiles, traffic and spend behavior - into marketing materials, translating data and analysis into clear, visually engaging narratives for brokers and retailersManage and prioritize a high volume of incoming requests, balancing deadlines, resources and business impactGuide day-to-day workflow of the team, providing direction and feedback to ensure timely, high-quality output, maintaining brand standards, accuracy and alignment with business needsContribute to the development of presentations, storytelling assets, photography and video to elevate overall marketing qualityWork with the team in planning and execution of a multitude of industry events, broker engagement and retailer activationsEffectively manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail and deadlinesAll other duties as assignedThe Employer retains the right to change or assign other duties to this position.
