Senior Program DirectorHCLTech is seeking an SAP Telecommunications, Media & Entertainment Go-To-Market (GTM) Lead to drive industry-focused growth across strategic Media, Entertainment, and Digital Content clients. This role will own the SAP M&E GTM strategy, working closely with HCLTech sales, SAP alliance teams, industry solution leaders, and delivery organizations to build pipeline, shape deals, and scale repeatable SAP-led industry offerings. The role is pivotal in expanding HCLTech's SAP footprint in M&E portfolio for studios, broadcasters, streaming platforms, and media conglomerates undergoing S/4HANA, cloud, and monetization transformation.Key ResponsibilitiesIndustry Go-To-Market Leadership. Own and execute HCLTech's SAP Telecom, Media & Entertainment GTM strategy across North America.Define industry-focused SAP offerings aligned to HCLTech's IP, accelerators, and delivery strengths.Develop industry POVs, whitepapers, case studies, and solution blueprints.Represent HCLTech at SAP Sapphire, ASUG, and Media & Entertainment industry events.Track industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.Required Qualifications10+ years of experience in SAP consulting, SAP sales, or industry GTM roles.Strong Media & Entertainment domain knowledge (Studios, Broadcasting, Streaming, Linear Networks).Hands-on SAP experience in S/4HANA, Content Finance and monetization-related solutions.Proven success in driving pipeline, deal shaping, and industry GTM initiatives.Experience working with SAP and global system integrators.Strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.Compensation and BenefitsA candidate's pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies.
