Security Manager *Secure Access Group, LLC* *Location:* Moffett Field, CA 94035 *Work Arrangement:* Hybrid / On-Site *Job Type:* Full-Time, Contract *Security Clearance:* Active Secret Required Position Overview Secure Access Group, LLC is seeking an experienced *Security Manager* to provide program management, personnel security, training, and administrative support to the *131st Rescue Squadron* at Moffett Air National Guard Base in Moffett Field, California. The selected candidate will serve in the contract's *Unit Program Manager* role and support day-to-day security, personnel, training, readiness, and Commander Support Staff functions. This position requires an individual with prior experience supporting *Air Force Special Warfare (AFSPECWAR), U.S. Special Operations Forces (SOF), or Air Force Rescue organizations*. Key Responsibilities The Security Manager will: * Manage and support unit security programs and requirements. * Perform personnel security functions using *DISS and NBIS*. * Support unit personnel, training, readiness, and administrative programs. * Manage and maintain required security documentation and records. * Support the unit's Self-Assessment Program. * Assist with *MICT/MICP* program requirements and compliance activities. * Support personnel and manpower program requirements. * Maintain and track training records and required qualifications. * Coordinate personnel actions with appropriate military support organizations. * Support orders, travel, and administrative requirements for unit personnel and pipeline students. * Perform and coordinate actions in *AROWS and DTS*, as required. * Support Government Travel Card program requirements. * Assist with Commander Support Staff functions. * Track suspense items, reports, documentation, and recurring program requirements. * Coordinate with squadron leadership, Education & Training, Personnel, Recruiting & Retention, and other supporting organizations. * Provide professional administrative and program-management support necessary for successful squadron operations. Required Qualifications Candidates must meet the following requirements: * *Active Secret security clearance at the time of application.* * Minimum *3 years of experience working with AFSPECWAR units, operational units within the U.S. Special Operations Forces community, or Air Force Rescue*. * Minimum *3 years of military program-management experience* involving security management, personnel programs, and training programs. * Qualified or previously qualified as a *Unit Security Manager*. * Knowledge of military security, personnel, training, and administrative processes. * Strong organizational and time-management skills. * Strong written and verbal communication skills. * Ability to work effectively with military leadership and supporting organizations. * Ability to maintain sensitive and classified information in accordance with applicable security requirements. * Ability to obtain and maintain required installation and system access throughout employment. The PWS specifically requires the individual performing this position to already possess an active Secret clearance at proposal submission. Preferred Systems Experience Candidates with experience using the following systems are strongly preferred: * DISS * NBIS * MICT * MICP * IGEMS * CHRIS * TFTR * AROWS * DTS Physical Requirements The position may occasionally support field or training activities. Candidates must be capable of performing the physical requirements associated with the position, including lifting up to approximately *44 pounds*. Hybrid Work This is *not a fully remote position*. Telework is authorized, and a hybrid schedule may be established with Government approval. Extended remote periods exceeding one workweek require approval from the Government. Schedule This is a full-time contract position.
