Obstetrics Physician

Job description:About the OpportunityWe are seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible OB/GYN or Family Medicine Physician with obstetric experience to join our growing women s health practice in Renton, WA.This position is primarily outpatient-focused, providing comprehensive gynecologic care and office-based prenatal services. There is future opportunity to expand into delivery services if desired.Our practice emphasizes:Continuity of careOperational efficiencySustainable physician lifestyleCollaborative, team-based careYou will work closely with midwives, ARNPs, ultrasound technologists, medical assistants, and clinical support staff in a respectful, multidisciplinary environment.Preference is given to physicians currently practicing in Washington State.Position OverviewThis role includes:Direct patient careAdministrative responsibilitiesClinical oversight and staff collaborationQuality and compliance engagementServing as a liaison between clinical and administrative teamsKey ResponsibilitiesGynecologyWell-woman examsContraceptive management (including LARCs)Evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleedingPCOS managementPerimenopause and menopause careColposcopyEndometrial biopsyOffice-Based ObstetricsRoutine prenatal visits for low-risk pregnanciesEarly pregnancy evaluationPostpartum visitsCoordination with delivering OB teamsLeadership & Clinical CollaborationSupervise nurse practitioners and other providersReview complex cases and provide clinical decision-making supportParticipate in team-based care planningRequired QualificationsMD or DO from an accredited medical schoolBC/BE in Obstetrics & Gynecology or Family Medicine with obstetric focusActive, unrestricted Washington medical license (or eligibility)Experience providing outpatient prenatal careComfortable managing low-risk obstetrics in office settingProficiency in common in-office gynecologic proceduresStrong communication, clinical judgment, and patient-centered care approachExperience collaborating within interprofessional teamsPreferred QualificationsExperience working in midwifery-led or team-based care modelsFamiliarity with quality improvement and ambulatory performance metricsLeadership experience in clinical operationsCompensation & Benefits$300,00 $400,000+ (Base + Productivity Incentives)401(k) + Employer MatchHealth, Dental & Vision InsurancePaid Time OffCME AllowanceWellness AllowanceProfessional Development AssistanceRetirement PlanWhy Join Us?This is an excellent opportunity for a physician who values:Collaborative team cultureOutpatient-focused practiceWork-life sustainabilityGrowth within a modern women s health modelIf you are passionate about delivering compassionate, evidence-based women s healthcare in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:Relocation assistanceWork Location: In person
