Caregiver-Memory Care PT Day Shift - Avamere BethanyCaregiver-Memory CareType: Part-Time Shift: Day shift (6am-2pm), Sunday-Monday Wage: $18.58-$24.24/hr DOEAttendance bonus: The perfect attendance bonus in a pay period will be $100.00 for a full-time employee and $75.00 for a part-time employee.Location: Avamere at Bethany - 16360 NW Avamere Ct, Portland, OR 97229Responsibilities:Care for residents and assist in updating each resident's service planAssist with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, and eatingAssist with the Life Enrichment Program and encourage residents to participate in activitiesAssist in providing a safe environment for residentsCreate and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, patience, enthusiasm, calm, and joyDocument and communicate resident changes and complete all reports in a timely mannerMaintain confidentiality of all resident care in accordance with HIPAA guidelinesQualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldHigh-School diploma or equivalentHCA or CNA license preferredMust have or obtain (within 30-days of employment) First Aid & CPR CertificationMust have or obtain a Food Handlers Card within 30 days of employmentKnowledge and experience caring for and interacting with eldersBenefits:We believe caring for others starts with caring for our own teams.
