Overview In this role you will lead a strategic quality program for the PAC‑3 Evolutionary Development and Transition‑to‑Production, guiding quality from development to production. You will drive data-driven improvements, mentor technical talent, and standardize processes across IAMD product lines. This position emphasizes collaboration, risk mitigation, and delivering first‑time‑right results on a mission‑critical program. You’ll work to influence senior stakeholders and shape quality practices in a fast‑paced defense environment.
