An Am Law Firm is seeking an Investment Management Associate with 2+ years of experience to join its practice in Chicago, New York, Philadelphia, or Washington, D.C.Requirements:Experience with the Investment Company Act of 1940, Investment Advisers Act of 1940, Securities Act of 1933, and Securities Exchange Act of 1934Experience representing registered investment companiesDrafting and reviewing registration statements, offering documents, board materials, and investment management agreementsStrong analytical, writing, and communication skillsExcellent academic credentials and attention to detailCompensation:Salary range: $260,000 – $410,000, based on experience and location, along with a competitive benefits package.Hybrid work schedule.
