Minimum Requirements Associate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited college. Active North Carolina COTA license required to start the assignment. BLS certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required. Experience working in a skilled nursing facility or long-term care setting preferred. Client requires demonstrated competency in documentation and electronic medical records; experience with SNF charting systems preferred.
