Superintendent (x2) - Data Center & Commercial InteriorsNorthern VirginiaFull-Time - Permenant PlacementSalary: $100K-$150K - $800/month car allowanceTarget Start: ASAP (Latest: April 1)About the OpportunityWe are hiring for one of the premier residential/commercial construction firms in Northern Virginia wrapping up a data center project within the next two months and is anticipating two additional interior project awards.We are actively hiring two Superintendents to support:Data Center Whitespace Buildout (core/guts of the facility)Interior Commercial & Residential Projects ranging from $500K-$1M projects spanning 15,000–30,000 SFPosition OverviewThese Superintendents will organize, manage, and control assigned projects to ensure objectives of budget, quality, scheduling, and safety are achieved. This individual will oversee daily field operations, supervise subcontractors, manage site productivity, and coordinate closely with Project Management and Field Operations leadership. Crew sizes range from 15–30 workers.Shift SchedulesData Center Project5:30 AM – 2:30 PM ESTInterior Projects8-hour shifts between 5:00 AM – 1:00 PMAveraging ~50 hours/weekOccasional Saturdays and overtime expectedKey ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day jobsite operations and sequencingDirect subcontractor workflow in alignment with project scheduleMaintain detailed daily logs and field documentationEnsure safety standards and OSHA complianceIdentify schedule risks and proactively mitigate delaysCoordinate inspections, permits, and closeout documentationCommunicate clearly with project stakeholders and leadershipQualifications3–8+ years of experience as a Superintendent in:ResidentialGeneral Commercial (office buildings, schools, hospitals, etc.)One role may focus strictly on interiors; the other may require broader exposure including MEP coordinationStrong understanding of plans, specifications, and constructabilityExperience supervising crews of 15+ personnelSoftware ExperienceProcoreBluebeamMicrosoft ExcelMS ProjectPlus: PrimaveraCertificationsOSHA 10 (Required)OSHA 30 (Preferred)RequirementsSteel-toe boots, safety vest, glovesAbility to work occasional weekends and overtimeWhat We're Looking For (Soft Skills Matter Most)Reliable, punctual, and accountableSelf-starter who can make decisions without constant oversightStrong communicator who provides clear and timely field updatesCalm and effective under pressure
