And if that’s you we would love to have you join us!Job DescriptionAs the Manager, Environmental Compliance, you will lead Rockwell Automation's global environmental compliance program across our industrial automation portfolio. You will provide strategic and operational leadership for environmental compliance governance, regulatory execution, and cross-functional engagement to ensure products meet evolving global environmental regulations while enabling market access and business growth. You will report to Sr. Manager, Technology Standards & Conformity. You will work Hybrid in Milwaukee, WI or Mayfield Heights, OH.Primary ResponsibilitiesPeople and Functional LeadershipLead the program executed by a global team of environmental compliance engineers and data specialistsEstablish priorities, allocate resources, and ensure clear accountability across regulatory analysis, product assessments, and compliance data managementBuild team capability to address emerging regulatory requirements and increasing business complexityFoster a culture of technical excellence, engagement, collaboration, and continuous improvementEnvironmental Regulatory StrategyOwn and drive global environmental compliance strategy for product regulations, including but not limited to:EU REACH and SVHC obligationsGlobal RoHS requirements (EU, China, Korea, etc.)Global and regional PFAS regulationsEmerging and region‑specific requirements (e.g., Middle East)Extended Producer ResponsibilityMonitor global regulatory developments and translate complex requirements into clear, actionable internal guidanceProduct Compliance ExecutionEnsure effective environmental compliance support across the full product lifecyclePartner with Business Units to embed environmental compliance requirements into product development, sourcing, and lifecycle management processesOversee the effective use and continuous improvement of compliance data systems and third‑party toolsProgram Execution and Continuous ImprovementOversee execution of environmental conformity assessments, documentation, and supporting data activitiesDrive continuous improvement in tools, processes, and data quality supporting environmental complianceMonitor emerging regulatory trends and proactively evaluate potential impacts to products, suppliers, and business operationsCross‑Functional and Executive EngagementServe as a key point of contact for internal stakeholders regarding environmental conformityPartner with Product Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, and Legal to integrate environmental compliance requirements into product lifecycle processes.The Essentials – You Will HaveBachelor's Degree or Equivalent Years of Relevant Work Experience.Legal authorization to work in Canada or US is required.
