Senior Demand Generation Manager

This is a high-impact role where you will design and execute integrated campaigns specifically tailored to reach decision-makers within the banking, mortgage, and lending industries. Multi-Channel Execution: Oversee the performance and optimization of paid search, social platforms, webinars, and lifecycle nurturing to drive high-quality leads. Account-Based Marketing: Develop and refine ABM programs targeting high-value enterprise accounts to accelerate pipeline velocity. Performance Analytics: Utilize attribution models and conversion data to analyze campaign health, ensuring marketing spend is optimized for maximum ROI. Cross-Functional Leadership: Partner with Sales, RevOps, and Product Marketing teams to ensure campaign messaging aligns with sales priorities and organizational revenue goals. Innovation & Automation: Work alongside technical teams to integrate AI-driven workflows and automation tools into the marketing stack for enhanced lead enrichment and process efficiency. Requirements (Must-have)B2B SaaS Expertise: 5 to 8+ years of dedicated experience in demand generation specifically within the software-as-a-service sector. Revenue Accountability: A documented history of meeting or exceeding pipeline and opportunity creation targets. Full-Funnel Proficiency: Deep understanding of the entire customer journey, from initial digital touchpoints to sales conversion. Strategic Collaboration: Extensive experience working in lockstep with Sales and Revenue Operations teams. Analytical Rigor: Proficiency in managing marketing budgets and using data to drive testing, iteration, and scaling decisions. Preferred Qualifications (Nice-to-have)FinTech Background: Previous experience marketing to credit unions, banks, or mortgage lenders is highly desirable. Certified Expertise: Familiarity with ABM platforms and certifications in Google Ads, SEO, or major marketing automation platforms (e.g., HubSpot).
