About the JobJob Title: Business Development Associate - Full Arch Lab Sales.Location: Hybrid (Rochester, NY based / national travel required).Reports To: Chief of Staff.Compensation: $65,000-$100,000 base + uncapped commission.Realistic Year 1 Earnings: $100K+.High Performers: $120K-$180K+.Top Performers: $200K+.The Opportunity:An established and growing full-arch dental laboratory platform is seeking a polished, driven, relationship-focused sales professional to help expand its national network of implant and full-arch practices.This is not a passive sales role. The right person will be responsible for identifying, developing, and converting relationships with high-value dental practices across the country.
