Company Description Kingdom Image Arts (KIA) is a Columbus, Ohio-based organization dedicated to empowering all generations through inspirational arts, education, wellness, and impactful programming that drives social change and economic impact. Established in 2010, KIA has developed initiatives to elevate and support BIPOC performing artists, promoting their talents within the local creative ecosystem. The organization offers diverse programming, including a performance series, youth arts education, workforce development initiatives, an annual awards ceremony, and a platform for broadcasting performances. Through innovative approaches, KIA fosters cultural equity, inspires, and uplifts historically marginalized communities. KIA engages a wide range of audiences while focusing its outreach on underserved BIPOC neighborhoods. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Program Manager role based in Columbus, OH. The Program Manager will oversee the planning, development, and execution of KIA's programs and initiatives, ensuring they align with the organization’s mission and objectives. Key responsibilities include coordinating events and activities, managing budgets, collaborating with staff and volunteers, fostering partnerships, and evaluating program outcomes to ensure effectiveness and impact. The role also involves strategic planning, resource management, and community engagement with diverse stakeholders. Qualifications Program management, project planning, and event coordination skillsBudget management, resource allocation, and financial planning capabilitiesStrong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills with staff, volunteers, and external partnersPassion for the arts, community engagement, and promoting cultural equityExperience in youth education, workforce development, or nonprofit organizations is a plusStrong problem-solving, organizational, and time management skillsProficiency in using relevant project management software and toolsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in nonprofit management, performing arts, education, or a related field is preferred
