We pride ourselves on tight tolerances, fast turnaround times, and a strong commitment to quality.Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Quality Control Inspector to join our team. This role is responsible for ensuring that all parts and assemblies meet customer specifications, engineering drawings, and industry standards.Key Responsibilities:Perform first article, in-process, and final inspections of machined partsRead and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and GD&TUse precision measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, CMM, etc.)Document inspection results and maintain accurate recordsIdentify non-conforming parts and support root cause analysisWork closely with machinists and production teams to maintain quality standardsEnsure compliance with company quality procedures and customer requirementsQualifications:2+ years of experience in quality inspection (machining environment preferred)Strong understanding of GD&T and blueprint readingProficiency with standard inspection tools and equipmentExperience with CMM (preferred but not required)High attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamPreferred Skills:Experience with aerospace or tight-tolerance partsFamiliarity with ISO or AS9100 standardsBasic computer skills for reporting and documentationCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly pay ($25-$35 base on experience)Overtime opportunitiesHealth benefits Paid time off and holidays
