ControllerOverview We are seeking a skilled and hands-on Controller to lead daily accounting operations and support the continued growth of the finance function. This role combines leadership, process ownership, and collaboration, offering the opportunity to shape accounting practices and strengthen operational efficiency. Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable, reconciliations, and general ledger activitiesOversee accurate coding, processing, and timely payment of vendor invoicesManage the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reportingReview, audit, and process company credit card activityIdentify and implement process improvements and internal controlsServe as a primary point of contact for vendor inquiries and resolve issues professionallyPartner with existing accounting staff to support development and maintain a collaborative environmentAssist with preparation of company and departmental financial reportsDevelop and maintain accounting policies and procedures across departmentsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related field5-8+ years of progressive accounting experience, including ownership of month-end closePrior supervisory or leadership experience preferredStrong understanding of accounting principles and financial reportingProficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced Excel skills preferredCPA or CPA-track strongly preferredExceptional accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team membersBenefitsComprehensive medical, dental, and vision insuranceTrack to CFO401(k) with company matchGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO)Flexible scheduling to support work-life balanceEqual Employment Opportunity StatementLink Recruiting, LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
