The Superintendent will oversee daily operations on construction sites, ensuring projects adhere to the schedule, within budget, and meet quality standards. Responsibilities include managing field staff, coordinating with subcontractors and vendors, enforcing safety protocols, and maintaining compliance with building codes and regulations. The Superintendent will also collaborate closely with project managers to address challenges and ensure client satisfaction.Superintendent responsible for working with Project Managers and the Design team with consistent communication. This position will report to the Director of Operations.QualificationsConstruction Management, Project Scheduling, and Site Supervision skillsKnowledge of Safety Protocols, Quality Assurance, and Building CodesProblem-Solving, Conflict Resolution, and Time Management skillsProficiency in Construction Software and TechnologyStrong leadership and team collaboration abilitiesExcellent communication, organizational, and planning skillsAbility to interpret blueprints and technical drawings5+ years of experience in managing commercial construction projectsOSHA certification and familiarity with compliance requirements
