Crawlspace Technician – My Guys Home Services

My Guys Home Services is hiring a Crawlspace Technician to join our growing team. This is a hands-on, field position for someone who likes physical work, problem-solving, and taking pride in doing the job right. You’ll be working under homes installing crawlspace systems that protect the structure, improve air quality, and give homeowners peace of mind. This is a tech-only role—no sales, no inspections, no guessing. We train you, give you the right tools, and expect solid workmanship. What You’ll Do Perform crawlspace work including vapor barrier installs, insulation replacement, moisture control, and structural support tasks Use basic electrical testing tools (including an Ohmmeter) when required to verify components and systems Install materials cleanly, securely, and according to company standards Follow safety procedures while working in tight, dirty, and physically demanding environments Keep job sites clean and organized during and after work is completed Document completed work, materials used, and job notes Communicate with your crew lead and team to keep jobs moving smoothly What We’re Looking For Experience in crawlspaces, construction, handyman work, or trades is a plus—but we will train the right person Comfortable working in tight spaces and doing physical labor Mechanically inclined with good attention to detail Able to follow directions and work as part of a team Basic experience with tools and equipment (electrical testing experience is a bonus) Valid driver’s license preferred Strong work ethic and a take-pride-in-your-work mindset Why Work for My Guys Steady, year-round work No sales pressure Clear expectations and solid systems Work with a team that values honesty, quality, and doing right by the customer Opportunity to grow your skills in a specialized trade Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
