Key Responsibilities Take ownership of the loan process from initial contact through contract execution Request initial disclosures and manage documentation for efficient underwriting review Provide proactive updates and coordinate closely with processing and other departments Required Qualifications Minimum 3 years of mortgage industry experience High school diploma or equivalent required Bilingual in Spanish and English Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines in a fast-paced environment Comfortable working remotely with a reliable, high-speed internet connection
