Land Development Laborer / Field Crew

Duties: Skilled Laborer - Land Development Load, unload, and transport construction materials, tools, and equipment Prepare job sites by clearing debris, setting up barriers, and organizing materials Operate basic hand and power tools such as drills, saws, jackhammers, and compactors Mix, pour, and spread concrete, asphalt, and other construction materials Dig trenches, backfill holes, and compact soil as required Follow safety procedures and OSHA guidelines to maintain a safe work environment Perform demolition work, including removal of structures, fixtures, and materials Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition Clean and secure job sites at the end of each workday Required Skills/Experience: (means you are proficient doing these tasks daily ) Ability to work independently and also in a team environment Time management skills a must Willingness to work hard and learn new tasks Experience driving trucks with oversized trailer Ability to operate equipment and hand tool in a proficient manor We're a home builder and site construction company looking for a hard working dependable, jack-of-all-trades.
