Our Work MattersAt Kindeva we make products that save lives, ensuring better health and well-being for patients around the world.The Impact You Will MakeThis role as a Senior Reliability Engineer role to develop and manage the plant equipment maintenance strategy to reduce or eliminate downtime due to lack of reliability and availability, using the TPM methodology. Monitor and evaluate the plant capacity to achieve plant site financial strategy. Ensure that the different areas involved in maintenance are alignedRole responsibilitiesTactical - Asset ReliabilityMonitor equipment data using TAM and D365 PM data, as well as details to analyze and identify the causes and propose the corresponding improvement actionsFacilitates the development of the process related to maintenance (execution, planning, purchase of materials and services)Carry out internal audits (based on AMIS) of maintenance processes on a regular basisCollect and examine basic equipment maintenance problems, facilitating failure analysis for critical equipment (RCA, RCI, FMECA, REM) together with Technical Leaders, generating actions that improve reliability based on field experience and information obtained, considering impact and cost.Periodically review the maintenance plans, generating the necessary changes and redefining the maintenance approach for the equipment (OTF / CBM / FTM / DOM) based on analysis and field information.Contrast operation methods vs. reliability, detecting deficiencies at the training and operational level that affect the reliability of the equipmentStrategy - Asset ReliabilityFacilitate the development and correct application of the processes as defined in the SOPs.Determines the use of predictive maintenance technologies when the cost/benefit ratio is positive.Promote "Best Practice Sharing" inside and outside.Consider the impact of costs in the actions derived from the maintenance strategy, adapting these strategies to optimize the cost/benefit ratio, both in maintenance plans and in the level of spare parts stocks.Consider the impact of costs to carry out corrective actions for reliability problems in equipment already installed, carrying out analyzes to prevent future failures.Analyze the feasibility of cost-effective equipment improvement proposals, in technical and financial terms and available resources.Annually review strategy document for Eng.
