Host

A host is the first point of contact for patrons of our restaurants. Hosts greet both in-person guests and those who call on the phone in a friendly and professional manner. Hosts inquire about patrons’ needs, party size, etc. and work with the rest of the staff to ensure a positive experience for restaurant guests. Hosts learn the seating chart and menu and will be able to answer guests’ general questions. Requirements At least 16 years of age Commitment to providing high-quality customer service Casual but professional appearance Ability to provide warm and gracious hospitality Ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm Pay: $10 per hour plus tip outs Job type: Full-time and part-time positions available Complete our short application today!
