Material Processing Operator

*Job Overview* *Effex* is seeking a dependable *Material Processing Operator* to support a manufacturing client. This role is responsible for handling, preparing, and documenting raw materials and finished goods in a production environment. The position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to safety and accuracy. *Shifts & Pay* * *1st Shift:* $13.50/hour * *2nd Shift:* $14.50/hour *Key Responsibilities* * Prepare and move raw materials for production * Transport materials using pallet jacks, dollies, or forklifts * Label and package products for shipment * Maintain accurate inventory records using Excel and internal systems * Complete material and inventory documentation * Inspect materials for quality issues and report discrepancies * Follow safety procedures and keep work areas clean and organized *Qualifications* * Strong attention to detail and accuracy * Ability to lift and move materials and stand for extended periods * Basic computer skills (Excel, data entry) * Reliable, independent, and team-oriented * Previous warehouse or material-handling experience preferred * Good communication skills *Work Environment & Dress Code Requirements:* This is a *production floor environment*, to maintain a safe and professional production environment, all employees are expected to adhere to the following dress code: * Pants or jeans only (no rips or tears) * No gym clothes, shorts, or sweatpants * Closed-toe shoes required (tennis shoes only – *no steel toe boots*) * No strapless or spaghetti strap shirts * No jewelry allowed * Hair must be tied back in a *bun* *Benefits of Working with Effex:* * Long-Term Employment * Full-Time Hours * Weekly Pay * Overtime Opportunities * Health Benefits Available *Why Effex?* At Effex Management Solutions, we do more than place candidates — we partner with you to build a long-term career.
