This is a 6-month contract, fully remote (with occasional travel up to 25%...expenses Paid), and we're looking for a hands-on technical leader who can step in quickly and make an impact.Role OverviewTitle: Infrastructure Engineering Manager Type: 6-Month Contract Location: Fully Remote Travel: Occasional (up to 25%) Availability: ImmediatelyKey Focus AreasTechnical leadership across OCI and GCPOversight of enterprise-scale relational, cloud-native, NoSQL, and in-memory databasesStabilizing and optimizing production environmentsLeading incident response, RCA, and remediationDriving automation, monitoring, runbooks, and infrastructure-as-code initiativesRequired Experience10+ years in Infrastructure & Database Engineering3+ years in a leadership or manager-level roleStrong hands-on experience with OCI (Oracle Cloud Infrastructure) and GCPDeep knowledge of both :Firestore (collections, sub-collections, security rules)Redis (data types, persistence, sentinel/cluster modes)Experience with on-prem to cloud database migrationsProficiency with CI/CD, monitoring, and IaCNumber of years of Exp with with OCI, GCP, Firestore, and RedisNice to Have (not required)Experience leading database modernization initiativesDevOps / SRE operating model familiarityMaster's degree
