Snow Removal Team Member - Seasonal, On-Call

Rock Solid Landscape is looking for dependable, hardworking Snow Removal Team Members to join our seasonal crew. You’ll be responsible for timely, efficient snow and ice removal using manual and power equipment while maintaining safety and quality standards. What You’ll Do: Plow, shovel, and spread salt/brine on assigned routes Respond quickly to on-call requests (including nights, weekends & holidays) Maintain equipment and complete daily reports Work outdoors in all weather conditions What You’ll Need: Valid driver’s license (CDL a plus) and ability to be insured by our company insurance Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical outdoor work Reliable, team-oriented, and safety-focused attitude Why Join Us: Work with a supportive team committed to keeping our communities safe during winter weather!
