Job Title: Golf Course Grounds Crew (Seasonal Part-Time)Location: The Golf Club at Cedar Creek Onalaska WIEmployment Type: Seasonal / Part-Time (Spring-Summer)Position Overview:We are seeking reliable and hardworking individuals to join our Golf Course Grounds Crew for the summer season. This role is ideal for those who enjoy working outdoors and take pride in maintaining beautiful landscapes. As part of the grounds team, you will help ensure the course is kept in excellent condition for daily play.Key Responsibilities:Mow greens, tees, fairways, and rough using various types of equipmentOperate landscaping tools such as trimmers, blowers, and utility vehiclesRake bunkers and maintain sand trapsAssist with irrigation tasks, including watering and minor repairsPerform general course upkeep such as divot repair, debris removal, and edgingFollow safety guidelines and proper equipment handling proceduresSupport special projects as assigned by the Superintendent or Crew LeaderQualifications:Must be at least 18 years oldAbility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays as neededComfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditionsStrong work ethic and attention to detailAbility to follow instructions and work both independently and as part of a teamPrior landscaping or golf course experience is a plus, but not requiredPhysical Requirements:Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbsCapable of performing repetitive tasks for extended periodsSchedule:Part-time hours, typically early morning shifts (e.g., 5:30 AM - 12:00 PM)Flexible scheduling may be availableCompensation & Benefits:Competitive hourly wageOpportunity to work in a scenic outdoor environmentPotential for golf privileges or employee discounts
