Associate Do you think analytically, have strong attention to detail, and enjoy working in a team environment? As an Associate, be prepared to perform all matter of accounting. Fluence prepares the majority of our client’s accounting on a quarterly basis – and the Associate is responsible for ensuring this is done timely and accurately. We take our clients’ information and from that we create the compilation report as well as other practice review reports that help aide our business consulting that we also provide to our clients. Along with preparing the quarterly accounting, as an Associate you can expect to learn corporate and personal tax preparation, quarterly and annual payroll preparation, 1099 & Personal Property Tax preparation, assist with personal tax planning, and begin to learn and prepare the analysis related to our business consulting.
