Bindery Supervisor

Location: Centreville, MDCompany: Tidewater Direct LLCCompensation: Pay based on experience, leadership background, and skill level, with opportunity for growthSchedule: Full-Time | Monday-Friday | 2nd Shift (3:00 PM - 11:00 PM) and every Saturday as needed during peak production periods.Overtime will be required during peak production periodsPosition OverviewTidewater Direct LLC is seeking an experienced Bindery Supervisor to lead and support our 2nd shift bindery operations. This role is responsible for supervising employees, coordinating workflow, and ensuring production goals, quality standards, and safety expectations are met throughout the shift.The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader who can balance people management with production oversight in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and support bindery employees during the 2nd shiftAssign work, monitor workflow, and adjust staffing as needed to meet production schedulesEnsure production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements are consistently metCommunicate clearly with team members and management regarding shift performance, issues, and prioritiesReview and maintain accurate production records and work ticketsPromote a positive, accountable, and team-focused work environmentAssist with training, coaching, and performance feedback for bindery staffQualifications And RequirementsPrior experience supervising employees in a manufacturing or production environmentStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities in a production settingReliable transportation and consistent attendanceStrong work ethic and positive attitudeAbility to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and stoopingEducation and ExperienceHigh school diploma or equivalent (required)Supervisory Experience RequiredBindery or related production experience preferredLanguage SkillsEnglish requiredSpanish preferredBenefitsCompetitive hourly payMedical, dental, and vision insurance401(k) planPaid time offJ-18808-Ljbffr
