This individual will play a key leadership role in supporting the company’s growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and helping secure service contracts.The Strategic Development Manager will be responsible for outreach to potential clients and partners, assisting with contract acquisition, supporting marketing initiatives, and helping coordinate administrative and operational growth efforts. This role will work closely with company leadership to help expand Prime Solar Care & Solutions’ presence and client base.⸻Key Responsibilities• Conduct outreach to property owners, solar system owners, developers, and organizations to identify new service opportunities• Assist in securing service agreements and maintenance contracts• Support development and implementation of marketing and business growth strategies• Help coordinate proposals, partnership discussions, and service agreements• Maintain organized records of outreach efforts, leads, and partnerships• Assist with administrative coordination related to business operations and growth• Identify strategic opportunities for expansion, partnerships, and referrals⸻Qualifications• Strong communication and relationship-building skills• Experience in business development, outreach, marketing, or sales preferred• Strong organizational and administrative abilities• Interest in renewable energy and solar industry• Ability to work independently and manage multiple initiatives• Professional and confident communication style• Experience with contract coordination, partnerships, or strategic outreach is a plus
