About the role:We're looking for a Legal Operations Specialist to report to and partner with the Manager, Legal Operations, in strengthening and scaling the Legal Operations function within LGA.This role requires both systems thinking and hands-on execution in a fast-growing, cross-functional environment and offers the opportunity to help shape the next stage of Legal Operations . By translating strategy into durable operational infrastructure, you will help strengthen how LGA partners with and delivers impact across the business while enabling faster, more consistent execution.In this role, you will:Support the design, implementation, and governance of enterprise Legal workflows, intake structures, and metadata standardsPartner in transitioning from CLM cleanup to sustainable systems governance and ongoing optimizationIdentify and scope structured AI use cases within standardized Legal workflowsTranslate Legal and business requirements into clear specifications for technical implementation (in partnership with CoreWeave's office of CIO and IT teams)Support the development of reporting frameworks and metrics to improve operational visibilityPartner cross-functionally with Legal, Sales, RevOps, Finance, Procurement, and IT to support integration and scale initiativesDevelop and maintain governance documentation, playbooks, and system standardsMaintain the operational integrity of Legal systems (CLM, e-billing/spend, workflow tools), including workflow discipline, data hygiene, and intake routing standardsManage and execute day-to-day core Legal Ops workflows (intake, lifecycle hygiene, matter/billing setup support), ensuring consistent adoption across LGA verticalsSupport rollout and reinforcement of new workflows and AI-enabled processes through practical enablement, documentation, and continuous improvementWho You Are: 5+ years of experience in Legal Operations, legal systems, or business operations within a high-growth environmentExperience supporting system implementations, workflow design, or operational governance initiativesStrong understanding of CLM platforms, legal billing/spend tools, workflow systems, and reporting environmentsExperience partnering cross-functionally on integration or process harmonization initiativesAnalytical mindset with the ability to translate operational data into structured improvementsStrong documentation skills; able to institutionalize processes beyond individual executionComfortable operating in ambiguity and building structure in evolving environmentsWondering if you're a good fit? The starting salary will be determined based on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location. We strive for both market alignment and internal equity when determining compensation.
