Founded in 2012, it addresses challenges in healthcare coverage by delivering a member-centered insurance model designed to support access to quality care and better health outcomes.About the OpportunityThe Network Coordinator supports membership growth by executing local network strategies and ensuring providers across assigned markets have the information, resources, and support needed to participate effectively. Reporting to the Director of Network Contracting, this role contributes to network development, provider relationships, contracting activities, and regulatory compliance while helping strengthen access to quality care.Responsibilities• Assist in designing and executing network construction and support plans for assigned markets or states.• Meet established performance metrics and service-level agreements, including provider issue resolution and contract completion.• Support provider contracting negotiations through data entry, research, outreach, and administrative activities.• Collaborate with senior specialists and management to identify, source, and contract with healthcare providers.• Conduct provider outreach and maintain accurate records of contracting activities and communications.• Document provider feedback and communicate insights to improve templates, workflows, and processes.• Assist with reporting related to network adequacy, network construction, and ongoing network improvements.• Ensure network activities comply with applicable healthcare laws, regulations, policies, and contractual requirements.• Perform other duties as assigned.Requirements• Bachelor’s degree or at least 1 year of experience in healthcare or a related field.• Minimum 1 year of experience in project management, operations, or a related area.• Minimum 1 year of experience in a client-facing or customer support role.• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, or equivalent software.• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.Preferred Qualifications• Experience negotiating contracts with healthcare providers.• Experience in project or program management.• Familiarity with healthcare provider networks and contracting processes.Pay Range and Compensation Package• Base pay range: $25.44–$33.39 per hour.• Eligibility for employee benefits.• Vacation accrual equivalent to 15 days per year.Benefits & Perks• Medical, dental, and vision insurance.• 11 paid holidays.• Paid sick time.• Paid parental leave.• 401(k) plan participation.• Life and disability insurance.• Paid wellness time and wellness reimbursements.Equal Opportunity Statement: Our client is an equal opportunity employer.
