We are a fast-growing general contracting firm specializing in commercial and light industrial construction projects seeking a Business Optimization Analyst to drive operational efficiency across the company. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, possesses mastery of various computer software and analytical with strong problem-solving skills. They thrive in a fast-paced construction environment, can anticipate needs, and will excel in all aspects of performance improvement initiatives.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Optimization Analyst Duties Analyze business processes, project performance, and company operations to identify areas for improvement. Work with company personnel to document workflows and improve efficiency with executive leadership oversight. Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to project budgets, schedules, profitability, and client satisfaction. Conduct operational analysis to support strategic planning and decision-making. Prepare dashboards and performance reports for executives and department heads. Lead initiatives to adopt technology, software, and systems that improve company productivity. Support change management and the implementation of process improvements. Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Construction Management, Computer Technology, or related field. 2+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, or similar role preferably in the construction industry. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Expert level proficiency in Procore (construction project management software), Excel, Microsoft Power BI and other business intelligence software. Skills & Competencies Analytical Thinking: Ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights. Process Improvement: Strong background in workflow optimization and efficiency improvements.
