Salary Range: $45- $47/Hour on W2 Only (All inclusive) Applicant must be willing to work on W2. Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer (QE) with strong expertise in Android Automotive OS (AAOS) and projection systems. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in Android development, test automation, and CI/CD practices, along with excellent debugging and problem-solving skills. Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and execute test strategies for AAOS and projection-based applicationsBuild and maintain automation frameworks for API and UI testingPerform functional, integration, and regression testing across Android-based systemsCollaborate with developers, product teams, and DevOps to ensure high-quality releasesDebug and troubleshoot issues across system layers (app, framework, network)Validate system behavior using HTTP protocols and API testing toolsIntegrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validationTrack defects, provide detailed reports, and ensure timely resolutionParticipate in requirement analysis and provide testability feedback Required Skills: Technical Skills:Strong experience in Core Java and/or KotlinSolid understanding of Android OS and preferably Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or projection platformsExperience in API test automation (e.g., REST-based services)Hands-on experience in UI automation frameworks (e.g., Espresso, Appium)Strong knowledge of HTTP/HTTPS protocolsExperience with debugging tools and log analysis Tools & Technologies:Version control systems like GitDefect tracking tools such as JIRACI/CD tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI/CD Domain Skills:Experience in Mobile Computing – AndroidExposure to DevOps practices, especially CI/CD pipelines Preferred Qualifications:Experience with Android Automotive OS (AAOS) or in-vehicle infotainment systemsFamiliarity with projection technologies (e.g., Android Auto)Knowledge of performance testing and monitoring toolsExperience working in Agile/Scrum environments Soft Skills:Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration abilitiesAbility to work independently and in a team environment Company Benefits & CultureInclusive and diverse work environmentOpportunities for professional growth and developmentComprehensive health and wellness benefits Appreciate your quick response and please feel free to reach me out for any query you may have.
