In this role, you will support a multispecialty team, delivering high-quality, compassionate care to patients across a variety of medical disciplines.This is a full-time, direct-hire opportunity offering a consistent weekday schedule and comprehensive benefits starting on Day One. _Spanish fluency is a plus, but not required._**Key Responsibilities****Patient Care & Clinical Support**+ Prepare patients for exams and procedures with professionalism and empathy+ Record vital signs, patient intake, and clinical data in Epic EMR+ Assist providers during exams, treatments, and procedures+ Administer medications and injections as ordered (if certified)+ Perform EKGs, urinalysis, phlebotomy, and specimen collection+ Maintain clean, organized, and safe exam rooms and equipment**Administrative & Clinic Support**+ Assist with scheduling, insurance verification, and patient check-in/check-out+ Float between clinic locations within the Zephyrhills area as needed+ Ensure compliance with OSHA standards and clinical regulations+ Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and care teams**Qualifications**+ High school diploma or equivalent+ Graduate of a CAAHEP or ABHES accredited Medical Assistant program+ Current Medical Assistant Certification (AAMA, AMCA, AMT, NAHP, NCCT, or NHA)+ Current CPR certification+ Minimum of 1 year of CMA experience+ Multispecialty experience preferred+ Epic EMR experience required+ Ability to work at one site or float between nearby locations+ Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced clinical environment**Compensation & Benefits**? $18 - $23/hr (based on experience)**Benefits Starting Day One:**+ Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance+ Life & Disability Coverage+ Paid Time Off (PTO)+ 403(b) Retirement Plan with Employer Match+ Accident, Critical Illness & Hospital Indemnity Plans+ Tuition Reimbursement & Continuing Education Support?
