You will work closely with engineering, analytics, and business teams to build reliable data solutions and ensure efficient data storage, processing, transformation, and analytics using Snowflake and modern data engineering tools.Location: Columbia, MO (Hybrid - 1 week in office, 1 week remote)Experience: 4+ yearsSchedule: Full-time, Monday to FridayWhat You'll Do:Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and data integration solutionsBuild and manage data replication and transformation workflows using Qlik Replicate, Qlik Compose, dbt Labs, and AstronomerDevelop and optimize data solutions using Snowflake for data ingestion, storage, processing, and analyticsImplement ETL/ELT processes and support data modeling and data warehousing initiativesWork with cloud-based data solutions and services across platforms such as AWS or AzureDevelop SQL and Python or PowerShell scripts for data manipulation, automation, and operational efficiencyMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipelines and resolve data engineering issuesImplement data quality, governance, security, and lifecycle management practicesCollaborate with developers, analysts, architects, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver reliable data solutionsUse GitHub and established development practices to manage code, workflows, and collaborationContribute to scalable and maintainable data architecture and engineering standardsWhat We're Looking For:4+ years of experience in data engineering, preferably in a Senior Data Engineer roleStrong hands-on experience with SnowflakeExperience with Qlik Replicate and Qlik Compose for data integration and replicationHands-on experience with dbt Labs and AstronomerProficiency with GitHub and modern software development workflowsStrong understanding of data engineering principles, data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehousingExperience with cloud platforms such as AWS or AzureStrong SQL skills with experience in Python, PowerShell, or similar scripting languagesExperience with data ingestion, performance optimization, security, and scalable data processing in SnowflakeFamiliarity with data quality, data governance, and data lifecycle managementStrong problem-solving and troubleshooting skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skills in EnglishBachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field is preferredAbility to work effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
