Key ResponsibilitiesProvide customer service to patients and callers in a Call Center environment
Schedule appointments, verify insurance data, and coordinate clinic resources
Resolve scheduling issues and capture necessary patient informationRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or GED
Three years of customer service experience or relevant training
Ability to type 25 words per minute
Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office
Comfortable with various technology platforms
