The ideal candidate will drive technical architecture, mentor developers, and remain hands-on in designing and building scalable applications.Key Requirements:Strong leadership experience with architecture, design, and technical decision-makingExpertise in Java, Spring Boot, Node.js, Python, TypeScriptFrontend experience with Angular or React, JavaScript, CSS, JestDeep knowledge of AWS (Lambda, ECS, S3, DynamoDB, API Gateway, CloudFormation, CloudFront)Experience with CI/CD, GitHub, Docker, Splunk, Shell ScriptingStrong understanding of SQL, Data Modeling, Redis, Authentication & Authorization (OIDC, Auth0, Active Directory)Experience mentoring teams and collaborating with Product, Delivery, and Architecture stakeholdersFamiliarity with AI-assisted development tools, observability platforms (Grafana, Honeycomb), and AWS Glue is a plusPreferred: 10+ years of experience with proven success leading high-performing engineering teams.
