Digital Marketing Coordinator
The Digital Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day execution, optimisation, and growth of With Jéan’s digital marketing channels across paid media, retention marketing, loyalty, and customer acquisition.Working closely with the Digital Marketing Manager, Graphic Designer, and wider team, this role supports campaign implementation, reporting, creative coordination, audience management, and platform optimisation across multiple channels and international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesEmail, SMS & Loyalty MarketingSupport the planning, scheduling, setup, and deployment of email and SMS campaignsAssist with automated customer journeys, retention flows, and loyalty marketing initiativesMaintain campaign calendars and support audience segmentation and account hygieneCoordinate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and Graphic Designer on campaign execution and creative assetsManage sign-up forms, pop-ups, and lead generation initiativesSupport loyalty campaigns including rewards reminders, promotions, and member engagement initiativesAssist with weekly and monthly reporting, identifying opportunities to improve engagement, retention, and customer lifetime value (LTV)Paid MediaSupport the execution and optimisation of paid media campaigns across META, TikTok, Pinterest, Google, YouTube, and future advertising platforms.Responsibilities may include:Supporting campaign builds, creative uploads, and launch activationsAssisting with day-to-day optimisations, audience management, and promotional rolloutsManaging catalogue uploads and platform hygiene where requiredMonitoring campaign and creative performance to identify growth opportunitiesAssisting with reporting, campaign analysis, and future market expansion initiativesCoordinating with creative and management teams on campaign implementation and approvalsAffiliate Marketing & PartnershipsSupport the day-to-day management of affiliate marketing through RakutenReview and onboard affiliate partnersManage affiliate communications and partnership requestsMonitor affiliate performance and support reporting and optimisation opportunitiesReporting & Performance TrackingAssist with weekly and monthly reporting across digital marketing channelsMonitor campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimisation and growthMaintain organised reporting structures across campaigns and platformsSkills & ExperienceExperience working in digital marketing, paid media, retention marketing, or e-commerce marketing (fashion or retail preferred)Understanding of platforms including META Ads, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, Pinterest, Google Merchant Center, GA4, Attentive, Shopify, and RakutenStrong organisational skills with excellent attention to detailAnalytical mindset with confidence working with reports and campaign dataAbility to manage multiple campaigns, timelines, and priorities simultaneouslyStrong communication and collaboration skills across creative, marketing, and operational teamsKey AttributesHighly organised and detail-orientedCommercially minded with strong analytical thinkingCreative and visually awareProactive and solutions-focusedComfortable working in a fast-paced, launch-driven environmentExcited by growth, optimisation, and testing new opportunities within digital marketing
