Job Title: Network - Infrastructure Solutions ArchitectLocation: Lansing, MIDuration: 12 + months with possible extensionJob Description:This position is responsible for the integration of the client into Cloudflare. They must have a thorough knowledge of integrating, troubleshooting, and maintaining a varying array of web applications into Cloudflare. The individual must be able to work with developers of different Agencies to confirm suggestions made by Cloudflare support for different applications, request certificates, and the implementation of any new suggestions before and during implementation. They will be responsible for maintaining their ticket queue within the Helix Ticketing System utilized within the State of Michigan to maintain Service Level Agreements. They may also be asked to participate in troubleshooting and design meetings for different applications within the State of Michigan. Answers and makes phone calls as necessary. Reads, comprehends, and complies with email messages on a timely basis.
